Does (other) Crashing Tech Matter?

KOSDAQ closed at the lowest levels since early January 2023. Semis puked overnight with Samsung Electronics -4.5%. The KS41 (electronics index) puked almost 4%, also trading at early Jan 2023 levels. Obviously, the South Korean chip sector is falling due to Trump tariffs and China policies risks, but we aren't overly impressed with how US semis have been performing lately either.
