NASDAQ - not even at all time highs

NASDAQ has squeezed higher just like everything else, but look carefully should tech put in a lower high. 15400 is a short term resistance level to watch.
NASDAQ has a longer term negative RSI divergence that shouldn't be dismissed.
Despite everything going on, NASDAQ is practically unchanged from late July.
