Are we there yet? How far can the tech chase continue?

NASDAQ - stuck at range highs

NASDAQ has traded inside the same range since May last year (11.000 - 13.000). The last chase for tech has been violent. The question is what happens should we close above the 13k resistance? Are people still so underweight tech that a possible push above the 13k reignites a massive squeeze?
