Wokeness Is In Retreat, But It Hasn't Been Fully Defeated

There's been good news on the wokeness front recently, ad more companies have abandoned DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).

But a recent thread on X by :Wokal Distance" offered a warning: Wokeness hasn't been fully defeated yet; it's only in retreat. And it's found a new place to respawn, the leftwing X clone, Bluesky.

Before we get to that thread, a couple of quick investing notes.

  1. In case you missed it, in our post last Monday ("Turning Bullish On Supermicro"), we noted that we had closed out our bearish options bet on Super Micro Computer (SMCI 31.24%↓), let our bullish options bet run, and bought more underlying shares before the stock spiked. Here's where we ended up at the end of the week: If you'd like a heads up when we place our next trade, you can subscribe to our trading Substack/occasional email list here.

  2. If you are concerned about downside risk, as a reminder, you can download our iPhone hedging app by clicking on the QR code below or aiming your iPhone camera at it.

Now onto that thread by Wokal Distance about where wokeness went to regroup.
