One month after the buyback blackout window started, Goldman's buyback desk estimate that we are now in an open window buyback period again, which will run through June 13. As of now, the bank estimates that ~40% are in open window with ~65% in open window by the end of the week.
Goldman's flows last week slightly increased, starting to show signs of companies entering their open period with additional discretionary orders being placed by corporates.
