Economist Magazine's Most Damning Ukraine Admission Yet
Arguably The Economist more than any other major MSM publication directly reflects the thinking of the US/UK/NATO national security establishment, so the below new cover for December is quite a significant admission and complete reversal. Or in other words we could say that things are indeed looking dark for Ukraine and the West when even the Economist has admitted defeat...
The publication has highlighted, for the first time after almost two years of war, that Russia's Putin is "winning" in Ukraine while it laments this state of things is due in large part to his outlasting Europe's waning resolve. "His biggest asset is Europe’s fatalism, complacency and shocking lack of strategic vision," the magazine writes. The Economist even at one point seems to warn against the possibility of "politics returning" to Kiev as it could spell the end for President Zelensky.
For the first time since Russia invaded Ukraine, Western proxy warriors are starting to admit the obvious that Russia is poised to win. That's because they're running out of Ukrainians to sacrifice. https://t.co/MrbbjtHO2Y
