Dems Spin Elaborate Trump 'Logan Act Violation' Conspiracy Theory Based On Call Which Didn't Happen

Democrats are clearly in desperation mode as they search for another Trump-related 'scandal' going into November, and now they are setting their hopes on a phone call which doesn't appear to have ever taken place, at least according to the word of a respected world leader who was supposedly on the other end of the call.

It all started with an August 14th report in Axios, which cited two unnamed "U.S. sources who were briefed on the call" a call which is said to have happened the same day. Trump is accused of seeking to 'influence' Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu related to ongoing Gaza ceasefire negotiations.

Since the report, 'never Trump' pundits are referencing ambiguous "anon reports say..." in order to bolster their claims. It has since been spun into an elaborate conspiracy theory alleging that Trump is trying to actively block a potential Israel-Gaza truce deal, or in essence running his own private foreign policy influence campaign and all the while circumventing the elected authorities in the Biden administration...
