Biden's Hail Mary: F-16 Fighter Jets Expected To Go Operational In Ukraine By July

National Review has titled its Monday headline: Putin Will Freak Out: F-16 Fighter Jets Could Be in Ukraine By July. This is the kind of brinkmanship being irresponsibly pursued by NATO countries (and cheered on by the mainstream media) even as it has become increasingly clear that Ukraine forces are being beaten back and in retreat. 

The F-16 Fighting Falcon is expected to be in operation by newly minted Ukrainian pilots, who also had to overcome a language barrier related to complex technical terms, by July or at least at some point this summer.

A mere six US-supplied jets have been delivered out of a previously pledged 45 aircraft. The New York Times has written that the whole West-sponsored program has been conducted with "lightning speed, compressing years of classroom learning, simulations and flight exercises into months."
